We want you to love your C A T E piece. Because our jewelry is 3D-printed and hand-finished to order, please review our policy carefully.
Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that arrive damaged or defective. To initiate a return, email us at anezcateryn@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item.
Exchanges We're happy to exchange a defective item for the same product. We do not offer exchanges for change of mind or sizing issues — please refer to our size guide before purchasing.
Non-returnable items
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items showing signs of wear or damage caused after delivery
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective
