Shipping
All CATE pieces are made to order and hand-finished in Austin, TX. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order ships.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Domestic shipping (US): Standard 5–7 business days, Expedited 2–3 business days.
International orders: we ship to 28+ countries. Delivery typically takes 10–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, only for pieces that arrive damaged or defective. We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind or sizing — please check our size guide or take the quiz before ordering.
To start a return, reach out through our contact page with your order number and photos of the item. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or defective pieces: contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will replace the piece at no cost.
