All CATE pieces are in stock and ship within 1–2 business days from Austin, TX.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

International orders: delivery times vary by destination. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Pieces must be unworn and in their original condition.

To start a return, reach out through our contact page with your order number. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or defective pieces: contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will replace the piece at no cost.
